DESCRIPTION
This is the perfect set for the smallest kitchen helpers to safely prepare their own food. It makes a great addition to play kitchens too! The knife can cut many hard and soft foods such as carrots, apples, bananas and avocados. Each piece is made of high quality hardwoods for years of enjoyment!
The knife is easy for little hands to hold and maneuver and aids in the development of the Palmar grasp and hand-eye coordination.
**SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS** Both the cutting board and knife can be wiped with a wet cloth and mild soap. Never submerge the pieces in water. Dry items immediately after washing - do not store wet, or leave to air dry. Cutting board oil can be reapplied to the board when it loses it’s sheen. The knife can be ‘sharpened’ with sand paper. After a ‘sharpening’, ensure all dust is removed before use.
Failure to follow the care instructions can result in premature wear, cracking and warping.
